As a Customer you may only cancel you hire reservation online or over the phone at any time prior to hire commencing but fees may apply according to condition and time.
Cancellation Period and Fees
- Customers can cancel their reservation or booking before 7 days or a week prior to the scheduled rental start date to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made before 2 days prior to the scheduled rental start date to be eligible for a half refund.
- Cancellations made before 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental start date will not eligible for any refund.
Equipment faulty
Kolun Hire bears the obligation of supplying equipment that is devoid of defects and functioning properly. In the event that you receive an item in a defective or suboptimal condition, Kolun Hire will take the necessary action, which may involve repairing or substituting the item, or reimbursing any deposit that was collected.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your cancellation request.
